Tokyo, ngày 24 tháng 10, 2017- Ricoh công bố một báo cáo mới của IDC MarketScape ghi nhận rằng “Ricoh với các giải pháp bảo mật in ấn, kết hợp với năng lực cốt lõi trong dịch vụ quản lý, dịch vụ cơ sở hạ tầng, dịch vụ qui trình làm việc, và phát triển phần mềm, được định vị là một trong những công ty hàng đầu về bảo mật in ấn trong lĩnh vực in ấn và tài liệu.”

Ricoh được ghi nhận là công ty dẫn đầu trong “Bảng đánh giá các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ và giải pháp bảo mật toàn cầu 2017 của IDC MarketScape”. Danh mục các dịch vụ và giải pháp thiết thực này đã được phát triển từ chiến lược định hướng hướng đến khách hàng và sự cải tiến về bảo mật của Ricoh trên toàn cầu.
